my mom and dad split up my dad wants to sue my mom for child support. my mom pays about 600 a month for health ins. for herself me my brother and sister and also my dad... when they go to court is the 600 she pays a month going to deduct from the money she would owe me dad for my brother and sister.. my dad doesn tpay and health ins at all...... thanks
